It's not that he couldn't answer the question or didn't know the answer. In his arrogance, and contempt for Americans, he thought he could use the skills gained from his elite education to confuse and bamboozle the rubes. He thought he had the power to make people think black is white, up is down, evil is good. It only worked on true believing liberals willing to be fooled but failed with his main target. Even the elite in Big Media didn't buy it but since they share Clinton's contempt for Americans, they gave him A for effort. But it is Clinton that cannot answer the simple question, "What is sex? because he cannot define 2 of the 3 words.
