MSU Corporation, the developer and distributor of Web2U Internet access devices, announced that Mr. Stuart M. Bitting, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has left the Company to pursue other interests. Mr. Bitting had joined MSU on January 15th of this year. (MSU Corporation press release dated January 29, 2001.)
Mrs. Patti J. Brown is replacing Mr. Bitting as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Mrs. Brown was Vice President and CFO for e-talk Corporation, the Irving, Texas leader in call center and call center support technology. Prior to e-talk, Mrs. Brown held three senior management positions at Associates First Capital Corporation, also located in Irving, Texas. She has also held senior management positions with Tandem Computers, Inc. of Cupertino, Ca., Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and Ernst & Young, LLP. Mrs. Brown holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree and a Masters of Professional Accounting degree, both from The University of Texas. She is a Certified Public Accountant, State of Texas and California and a member AICPA and Texas State Society of CPA's.
