Note that being in a 4 does NOT rule out my scenario. Unless I'm misinterpreting things, the failed "C" would have something resembling a wave 5 after this jello 4, but it might not make a new high - hence the "failure". Would also coincide with the cycle high. While I say again, I do NOT expect this, I think it would be the most sinister way for this to unfold, ie it would probably catch me long. <g> <ng>

Also note that, it would leave a glaring divergence, with all the indicies *except* Naz 100 able to clear the January lows. I'd even go so far as to expect that scenario, were it to unfold, to produce a marginal new high for everything *except* the Naz 100, which would likely be leading to the downside by that point in time.

Note that the smaller speculative trash is really outperforming today, with Naz lagging. (COMPX +0.8%, Naz +0.3%, SCON +12%, CDTS +14%, OPTV +27%, to name a few) This is what one would expect, if this scenario were to happen.

Like I said, the most sinister of possibilities, but a possibility nonetheless. <evil, evil grin>
