Ed, it looks like the upside breakout is already under way, we will see how high it goes.

As for financing, those involved may want to see an updated engineer report and and a new
operator before making a commitment or it could be done at the same time. In any
case I am not to concerned being up so much on the stock already, as long as things
progress satisfactory. Your $3.50 price seems reasonable
