Come ON eric, No one would ever claim that two to a car would reduce consumption by more than 50%. Not ever the dumbest village idiot would say such a thing. MORE THAN 50% Well lets see. I guess truck and busses don't consume and we all know that only pairs of folks and not individual start at a unique place and go to a unique place 100% of the time. But if it's >50% then it must be three folks on occasion.
