patricia it seems to me to be a mistake out of the gate to express the hot subject numbers as a percentage. isn't this where all of the unbalance comes from? a thread with 82 total posts is at the top of a hot list with 4 messages in one day? that's retarded. hot should denote sheer number of posts... where the action is, not a percentage. :) mark
