Hi Mark, It has been a while (400 posts), but I wanted to get back to you and TC about the BackWeb problem that kept showing up in Win Doctor. You may remember that there was no listing for it in control panel to remove it and I couldn't figure out how it came to be on my hard drive. We thought it might have been Real Player, but it turned out that it came from Western Digital! Back in Jan I installed a second drive and it was a WD. I used their software to format and it installed BackWeb on my C drive along with something called Data Life Guard. For some reason one of the files got corrupted which showed up in Win Doctor. They say that they do this in case they want to notify you of updates etc. I called them and they walked me through the removal. Problem solved but others installing WD hard drives may want to at least be aware of this. Thanks to you and TC as well as others who helped me with this mystery. Bob
