>>>Guilty of FRAUD and DECEIT! He can't fool us as easily as the NASD or SEC!!!<<<
What you posted was a civil judgement. Guilt is not an appropriate word to describe a civil judgement. Yes, you are obviously much smarter than the regulatory agencies.
>>>I have the 9 page Findings of Fact from the case in which Manuel P. Asensio was convicted of FRAUD and DECEIT. Many of us do. We have NO DOUBT.<<< You are now spelling the name with an "S". Is it a "C" or an "S" in this alleged document? Was your mistake in the initial post, or have you purposefully started spelling it this way to suit your ends?
>>>Thanks Barb. I can't help wonder why you became so angry over my initial Asensio post if you didn't know him, and I wonder why you're going to so much trouble to defend him.<<<
You are mistaken. The only posts of your that have caused me anger (and only briefly) were your posts where you referred to my "big behind", to me as "Barbie" (can't wait for you to call me a "pain"), and where you refered to me as "Babe". My name is Barb, my behind, while plump is by no means big, and I am not a pig movie star. My position is and has been that I don't care about Asensio, although you have to admire his track record. You haven't supported your allegations against him, or told us how that which you allege would cause an inSOLVent company to suddenly start generating revenues or earnings. You think the problem is Asensio, it is not.You have completely ignored the reality that when a stock has fallen like this, it generally underperforms for a long long time. 67, soon to be 68 consecutive quarters without revenue, and a breakthrough always just around the corner. The old chestnut is, Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. How many times has Rendall fooled you?
See you at 2,
