A friend of mine still has his account with Watley.
Well, he was holding a stock that was trading for $6.75 a share and Watley called him and told him that they were giving him a margin call on that stock. My friend said, what the hell are you talking about I am not even close to being in margin. They said: well, its trading at $6.75 and we think it is about to go below $5 and will no longer be in margin so we are giving you a margin call. He said fine, give me a margin call and I will close my account today.
Well, just a few days later the stock is trading at over $15 a share.

I don't know what kind of games those clowns play down there but they did the same thing to me a few times. Why anyone would choose Watley is beyond me especially considering how they are in their margin department.

I have said my piece.
