I don't like bequeathed from the state wealth, it makes me want to vomit. In jolly old England you are considered second class if you earned a great fortune by the sweat of your brow. It's only clean money if foisted on you by the powers that be. If you want a fairy tale world have a fairy tale monarchy where the most able and decent noble people are sought out to sit on the throne. I don't even agree with the present U.S. system, roll it back to how it was carved out to be at the start. A real Republic does not need to bow and curtsey to anybody. Dual citizenship is cool, especially in the BWI.
