The case was amended to include internet names(and you) on April 21, 2001. I don't recall when the original compliant was filed with the court. I believe another amendment to the case will be made soon to include MM's, brokerage firms etc. I suggest you look into recent developments with the company before making any more comments about management or otherwise. Cheers.
