If I hadn't seen this slowdown happen, I'd be inclined to agree with you, but unless the telecom buildout rebounds and isn't marginalized by new competitors, I think the probability is on the lower end of the bell curve. GV and JS talk about 13% like it's a piece of sh__, but given the historical annual return of 9%, 13 doesn't sound too bad. Throw in the income from selling options against your position and you may do quite a bit better.knc
