Waste is defined by Demolibs as how many Americans without chauffer driven limousines, like the one Al Gore grew up in, drive on the highways and take up space from us limousine liberals. (In that British aristacratic accent) "Oh those little people, don't they know how to take a train for goodness sakes, These roads are for us privileged folk, and look at that SUV, how absurd, we need to ban those snookins!"
