You got that right. Same w/ cars stocks, widgets, etc.

My father did the rental thing, and I mowed the lawns and painted the walls. Ugh. No rentals for me- Too many bad experiences. Bad tenants, pestering tenants, tenants that move out of state without paying the last 6 months rent and take the fixtures with them. No thanks, I only buy and sell RE.
