Brad, Merrill Lynch downgrades CCMP to Neutral this morning. Last quarter, sales were weakest in March and since they have remained flat since March, I expect a 40 to 50% sequential decline in top line for the June quarter.

07:58 ET Cabot Micro (CCMP) 76.31: Merrill Lynch lowers near-term rating to NEUTRAL from Accumulate; believe sales have remained flat sequentially since March, with Taiwan foundries being particularly weak; reduces JunQ est. to $0.30 from $0.35.

Regards,

Tom
