Hi teevee, I don't have time to look at the 20-F details - is the conversion price for the 2nd tranche set? If it's at $1 or so, that translates into some fair amount of dilution - not that other alternatives are likely to be any more attractive to management... Any summary details anyone with time could provide would be appreciated. Thanks and regards, Rob
