Looks like WCOM could be a solid performer thru the end of the year... 9:26AM WorldCom (WCOM) 18.46: Thomas Weisel views WCOM as a compelling investment opportunity; believes that Q1 results reflect early signs that WorldCom will be along-term winner in the data markets, as WCOM has exceeded firm's data growth estimates while its competitors missed estimates; sees several near-term, including a June 7th shareholder vote on the tracking stock separation, a July 1st expected close of the pending Intermedia acquisition, and solid Q2 results expected in mid July.
