Richard Li's PCRD Gets 61.72 Mln More Shares in Pacific Century Insurance May 23, 2001 - 18:15:58 HKT Quamnet News Service Pacific Century Regional Development Ltd., a Singapore-listed investment vehicle controlled by Richard Li, has increased its shareholding in Pacific Century Insurance Holdings Ltd. (0065) to 370.35 million shares as a result of a bonus share issue, from previously 308.63 million shares, according to data from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Pacific Century Insurance didn't pay any final dividend for the year 2000, but has issued one bonus share for every five shares held. PCRD's stake in PCI hasn't changed as a result. quamnet.com
