Hi,
Its under clause 6 and the same subject to's as in clause 3, provided the funds were called for prior to the 6 month aniversary, which appears to have been done. In that case, Alcatel appears that would receive another 300,000 preferred shares for the $300 million, and convertable under the same terms and conditions as tranche #1. Maffei sure knows how to make a deal.
