Kirby,
I am still holding my position in TSSW. Company has sold unprofitable product line and cut expenses. Now, we need to see a return to profitability.
As of the end of year, the company has completed all amortization and goodwill charges. During the first qtr, the company took a loss on one of its investments. I am not aware of any additional charges for the upcoming qtrs.
Reference Insider ownership - Insiders own about 40% of all shares at much higher prices. I agree that some insider buying would be helpful.
