the equipment is still delayed which in turn causes more delays etc

Granted, SVGI's 193nm equipment is delayed from their promised ship date. What you have to ask is who are their customers, and what effect does that have on them?

Clearly Intel's 0.13 micron process is not a "customer" of SVGI's 193nm stepper... so that does not cause "more delays" there. It causes no delays.

If you move over to IBM, MOT, TSMC, AMD, TI, etc. it may be an issue... it may not.

From an Intel standpoint, it does not appear to affect equipment purchasing at all... so it has no effect on the equipment vendor's B2B based on Intel delaying capital spending while they wait for steppers...
