It beats me Harry. I just found it on an oversold screen last night and then saw the accumulation today. Stocks often move in advance of news but it could be just be accumulation due to its oversold condition. This is the way I like to play them. Off the bottom this is a low float stock that could easily rise much higher than my 4.50 target. OSIS is a perfect play for some extra spending cash because the company is profitable and has not yet ever really tried to get the exposure it could. RtS
