OT Hi GV,
RE: "I never...You missed my point."

In my post, I was providing you information that indeed concurred with your information.

So, I think your recent post was a reaction to a former post, where you said power didn't go up by 10X when in fact it did go up 10Xs ($0.02852 6/10/99 $0.34436 1/10/01). Our difference in interpretation was because, you said you were not referring to spot market, while I was.

I wouldn't assume that a post by me to you on energy necessarily implies a difference of an opinion. My allegiance is to facts and information, with some bias towards high-tech. If the facts or assumptions change, I then revaluate my opinion.

I think the facts show:
a) we are having an energy crisis that is indeed real (a point you and I are in agreement with)
b) we have a President from the oil industry that has conveniently benefited financially from certain influential relationships in the past in a questionable manner, and from this history, it lends merit to my strong belief that his perspective is not only biased but favors the oil industry to the exclusion of certain rather important entities to which he is suppose to also govern and I believe he is acting more like an oil executive conveniently changing laws to overly profit his oil industry, rather than acting as an elected official in charge of protecting the public, overall economy (not just oil) and environment. (This point we disagree upon).

Regards,
Amy J
