I've been to asia, and they work their butt off more - 24 hrs a day.... If they don't, they don't get fired, they do harakiri -ggg-. Didn't help Japan, Korea, Thailand and others.... Strongest Economy? On paper... America is the center of the world, the buck is held as a reserve currency in too many countries. A lot more than gold. This is what allowed us to print our way to prosperity with no inflation. What if they all want to switch?
