Now, if you substituted the name "George W. Bush" into that paragraph, would you still say it??? (I took the liberty of changing "Congress" to "office" since Bush didn't hold the same offices as Gingrich)

I have never heard George W. Bush tell a lie. I've heard George W. Bush speak on public policy and possibly on some personal issues. So my opinion is that George W. Bush has visionary understanding of the problems that burden America and with 100% total honesty is advocating policies that are for the good of all. I believe that while in <office> George W. Bush <has> acted in a honest and truthful manner with regards to his oath to serve the American people.
