El,
Tomorrow and Friday look to be rough days for the market. Traders closing out for the long week end. That will be followed by a slow four day trading week with a lot of vacations. IMHO That is a hard row for the market to hoe. Low trading volume and minds focused elsewhere. We might go side ways or down without some CPQ specific good news. Dell beating the war drums certainly doesn't help anyone including Dell. With that said, I'm looking for a dip to make another entry before June 1 or even June 4. When the economy starts recovering and parts prices start going up, the competitive advantage swings back to CPQ.

Here is a thought/question about Dell buying UIS. The Dell culture is very strong and very different from UIS. (I think UIS's main focus is the conservative Bank business.) If Dell buys UIS, will the Dell culture destroy UIS or would Dell become a very different company?
