If I read the 10Q right, which is possible, they said they could include Sherbourne as a subsidary of AXC Holding, but that didnt make sense to me, so I might have read into it. Also I thought interesting was that the Senior Note holders get their cut of ADS sale before anyone else, that its mandatory that they redeem those holders first out of any money obtained from the sale.
