Consolation for Texas: California is dedicating itself to committing ritual suicide by drinking the sour Koolaid of radical environmentalism in the face of a massive energy production failure. Why would any reasonable non-Californian want their Senator (of either party) to allocate any of the government's stolen tax funds to help a group of tree-hugging nutbags who refuse to help themselves? Most of the productive companies in California, and most of their wiser citizens, will find refuge in tax-friendly states like Texas. If California doesn't turn their collective attitude around, Texas will find itself with twice the electoral votes of that benighted state. And the Republicans will wonder why they ever thought they needed to kowtow to vermin like Jim Jeffords just to keep a Senate seat...
