Just as I am sure that Charley Pride's music was really enjoyed and appreciated, I am also sure that the Republicans who are in control appreciate the intellect of J.C.Watts. They just don't want their daughter to mix with him or his relatives. They think he is part white, or dominate white.
In other cases, such as Strom Thurmond and Ginny Thomas, this was pure theator, probably for the likes of you. Strom probably felt he was leading a monkey up to the zoo feeding station, but he needed to do it to keep his office. He's beyond politics, he's completly senile.

LOL, you think that you learn in a decade what has happened in a century. You are in good company because a lot of people get fooled. It's not, as I said, primarily race, it's primarily religion, that can fool you with some of their actions. They are not Nazi's, I only mention that name because it is the closest analogy I know. The religion differs from the Nazi's in that they deny Darwin and so go to great lengths to remove the Darwinian arguments from the philosophy. In the end it is the same. Mind you, this is not all Republicans, they are a tiny minority, but yet they control the party by controlling the party machinery. You pawns of them think you are working for some tax cut or energy plan but instead are furthering the real agenda of a religous, then racial, but ultimately a limited to a few, program. |
