Dave, perhaps you should pay a little more attention to the words you use.
The civil judgment notwithstanding, Asension has been "convicted" of nothing
that I know of. A "conviction" occurrs only in a criminal case and the civil
proceeding to which you refer has nothing to do with and is not a criminal
proceeding.

In most parts of the country, not just the mainland, falsely accusing someone
of criminal activity, i.e., being convicted, is defamatory. Your probably not
worth suing (especially after losing so much on SOLV) so I doubt that he would
bother.

Much like SOLV and Asensio you chose to put a spin on things rather than just
state the facts. View it however you chose. Just don't expect anyone else
to credit you with any intelligence or credibility when your viewing gets
clouded by your biased spin and it results in such grossly inaccurate
statements.

Nobody minds a little cheerleading. Everyone minds (or should mind)
unsubstantiated or inaccurate representations of fact from wherever they
spring. Like the line on an old cop show, " Let's be careful out there."

Just my thoughts...
