Dear Zen, do you ever wonder why someone writes an article about a topic where there are all kinds of public numbers and still uses the word may in he title.

It should only take simple arithmetic to add up what's needed and what's being built and what exists. But still David Whitman uses may and then proceeds to discuss in mumbo jumbo about what, maybe, oh well and duhhhhh.

So when you find some non technical retard who know a little arithmetic and demonstrates with some simple math an alternative to the Presidents extensive plan, well then we can discuss some merits and not just read more rambles.

As an engineer is obvious to me that David Whitman is a techno retard.
