I received my proxy today for the upcoming AGM.
1.) It's time to speak your minds by voting your shares for or against Clow & Co.
2.) Two disturbing clauses that we are being asked to vote on:
"In the event of termination without cause, including in the event of a change of control, Mr. Graham Clow will receive a two-year all-inclusive severance and Mr. Peter Tegart will receive a three-year all-inclusive severance."

"In the event of termination without cause in the event of a change of control, Mr. Calvin Everett and Mr. Richard Allan will receive a two-year all-inclusive severance."
