I don't think one can count tech as having done 5 waves up since last week -- period. To me, it's just a 5-3-5 sequence we see so far (maybe that's all we'll see). If it sticks, this would argue that it is a 'b' top and we are headed down now for a 'c' to complete the B, then it is off to new highs in a C. I don't think we have seen decent impulsive moves since the top on Apr 20. It's feels like it has been weeks of jello.
