Any PLAD sales Part II?
Or is Ms. Felch too busy videotaping the INSIDE of Varian bathrooms?
FALCON: So the camera that was placed in your office in the direction of the bathroom you're saying is a false statement?
FELCH: I'm saying that the video cameras did not see in the bathroom.
FALCON: No portion inside the bathroom is what you're contending? The video camera you had in your office could see no portion inside of the bathroom?
FELCH: Yes.
FALCON: So there's not even a little bit of truth to the statement that Mr. Delfino has made on the Internet?
FELCH: He has made statements talking about a lot further inside the bathrooms than just maybe one inch of one piece of tile.
FALCON: Okay. So you've taken that perhaps the camera could see maybe one inch inside, perhaps the tile in the bathroom, but no further?
FELCH: I thought we said that this morning.

--Or is she just too busy reading and "contemplating" message board postings:
WIDMANN: All right. Now, in this -- under the first heading, you've got down here "Lost Work Time for S.B. Felch; Read, discuss, and contemplate Internet postings: 146 hours." How much is that worth?
FELCH: I would have to multiply it out.
WIDMANN: How did you -- in other words --
FELCH: We --
WIDMANN: -- what hourly rate did you use?
FELCH: That is shown, we used an hourly rate of $86.28 per hour.
WIDMANN: For every employee?
FELCH: Except for Mr. Aurelio.
WIDMANN: What did you use for him?
FELCH: You can see that was basically $2,292,321 divided by 2,080 hours.

--Or is she just too busy crying:
WIDMANN: Did you ever observe Ms. Felch crying in your presence during a performance review?
POWELL: Yes.
WIDMANN: Who else was there besides you and she?
POWELL: I don't think -- memory is it was just the two of us.
WIDMANN: Just the two of you.
POWELL: I -- yeah, I think it was just the two of us or -- I don't remember if her supervisor was there or not.
WIDMANN: Did that occur on just one occasion or more than one occasion?
POWELL: I only remember the one occasion.
WIDMANN: All right. Did you ever try to find out why she was crying?
POWELL: I think at the time I understood why she was crying, at least I made a logical conclusion.
WIDMANN: What was that, sir?
POWELL: Is it acceptable to talk about the details of a person's performance review in this form?
POPPE: No.
