In re: "New money."

Good point but not totally reliable. Money left the market in Mar., although some came back in April. While new money is a constant in IRAs, 401Ks, 403Bs, etc., that doesn't necessarily mean stocks-- bonds, cash etc. also are a possibility, although hopefully stocks are the main beneficiary somewhere down the road.
