ExperTelligence Restates Financials Net Tangible Assets Increase Approximately $2.6M
SANTA BARBARA, Calif., May 23 /PRNewswire/ -- ExperTelligence, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXGP - news), today announced the Company filed its restated FY 2000 10QSBs, FY 2000 10KSB and its FY 2001 first quarter 10QSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The restated filings were due to ``Minority Interest in Subsidiary'' being misstated in its previously issued audited financial statements. Company management and auditors worked to restate the ``Minority Interest in Subsidiary'' calculation in audited financials and determined that the corrected calculation increases the net tangible assets of the Company by approximately $2.6 million.
