Tom, the QQQ is showing resiliance strength though It has trouble breaking the $50 level. It needs intc and csco to go up before it can go up further. The Qs are overweighted on CSCO MSFT INTC QCOM JDSU SUNW and ORCL. Right now intc, csco, sunw and orcl are just not performing. Mang
