Easy!... I assume when you refer to the "cursed" line, you mean [Je]Coniah and his descendants. I also assume that you are using Luke (who doesn't mention Mary in his genealogy) to trace Mary's line and using Matthew (who does mention Mary) to trace Joseph's. Don't both Luke's and Matthew's genealogies go through Shealtiel and Zerubbabel, who were descended from Jeconiah, the cursed King? Wouldn't that make both Mary and Joseph cursed?
