Thanks Frank, if you have it on good word, then it is good word.

I have been monitoring the slow evolution of the telecom landscape, and at this time if VZ is letting them into their space, then this is extremely important as a milestone. As you seem to indicate, I must assume this was not by choice nor free will on behalf of VZ, rather by court decree...or threats thereof.
