VSE Forms Alliance With Mobile Climate Control; Team to Provide Environmental Control Systems to the Military
     ALEXANDRIA, Va., and UTICA, N.Y., May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- VSE Corporation (VSE) and Mobile Climate Control Corporation (MCC) announced a strategic alliance today to provide environmental control systems to the military.  VSE (Nasdaq: VSEC) is an established provider of engineering and technical support services, primarily to agencies of the U.S. Department of Defense.  MCC is the U.S. subsidiary of Mobile Climate Control Industries Inc. of Toronto, Canada (Toronto: MCC), world-class designers and manufacturers of vehicle heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. 
  As a team, the alliance will support U.S. military requirements for ground support equipment (heaters, air conditioners, and power generators); vehicle heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; surface ship and submarine requirements for heating and air conditioning systems; system integration process controls and compressor systems for military applications.
