iTech Capital Notes Enviromation Announcement

Syracuse, NY - May 24, 2001 – Enviromation Technologies, Inc. (Enviromation) a wholly owned subsidiary of iTech Capital
Corp., announced it was awarded US$719,000 in contracts by the City of Binghamton, a portion of the largest publicly bid
water project in the City’s history. The total project, engineered by Stearns & Wheler Environmental Engineers & Scientists,
Cazenovia, NY, came in at over US$12 million dollars. Enviromation is an integrator experienced in water and wastewater
system controls and communication. In this project, Enviromation introduced radio telemetry as a means of replacing costly
telecommunication leased lines. The use of radios is intended to make the plant more reliable, easier to maintain, and less costly
to operate. Enviromation was also involved in the upgrading of the filter beds used to purify the City of Binghamton’s drinking
water.

Enviromation, located at 5948 Butternut Drive, East Syracuse, NY 13057, provides control panels and systems for the water,
