RMBS supposedly has the "inside track" on next-generation memory technology.

However, given the tendency of tech IPOs to sag appreciably as they approach the end of their 180-day lockup periods plus the fact that their memory technology won't be in widespread use for another two years, I'd say there's plenty of time to research this one and let it prove itself a bit before getting too enthusiastic.

Definitely one to keep an eye on, however. Fast memory is key to higher-speed processors, especially Intel's Merced.
