I wasn't aware of these lawsuits - just the more recent ones. Fundamentally, this stock sux. I'm hoping it will pop into the 7's so I can short it blue. Maybe this is my chance to recover some of my loses. But with my luck, if I short at 7, it will go to 10 and stay there. BE CAREFUL... Spell ESOL backwards. ;) DF
