Thanks for the feedback on Telescan. I have tried to run the BBB, Big Dogs and Watchout scans with it and would like to compare the results with that of Q+ and Technifilter (maybe someone can post them, hint,hint...) Since, Telescan doesn't have the same parameters I had to modified the formulas slightly, but the results should be close.
As far as RTQuotes is concerned, it is far superior to the Townsend based products like pcQuote and S&P Comstock. You are right about its POOR charting capability, but supposely the 32 bit version will be much improved, it will even have RT tick charts. The news are darn fast, the windows interface are very easy to use and clear unlike that of the S&P Comstock. But best of all, the server is reliable, I haven't experienced any down time so far (only one week.) I get dropped by S&P constantly through out the day, and it is very irritating as you can imagine.
Slightly off the topic, why do you suppose the CCI/MACD system is hard to backtest?
