It's not too hard to figure why. KM contracts will not come to light until late summer or fall. And they are spending heavly on KM research. So earnings will not be good until they find a partner with $$$ or reasearch is complete or they have some revenue stream from KM. I think it may be a good idea to follow Bramson to the showers and do a wash sale. Or better short or buy puts and buy back later. It may go below 5.5 this time.
