Vermont is 98.4% white! state.vt.us I think we should all write to our respective congressional representatives to say: 1) we are very concerned that this implies a systematic discrimination against minorities in Vermont. 2) we would like them to formally request a federal Justice Department investigation into the state of Vermont.
