DPCI is going to EXPLODE!!! 81M O/S 15M traded with 95% between .1200 and .1205 in a minimum block of 230K. Most blocks were 500K. Started at 2:39PM until 3:41PM when 2.1M shares "appear to have been sold" at .12 and the MMs widened the bid and ask to .12 x .16 !!! Then two measly 230K BUYs occurred 13 minutes later. HUGE BLOCKs appear to be being accumulated by MMs at .12 and the chart below falsely shows two 4M trades at .16 per tracker and Free L2: level2chart.com sites.stockpoint.com
