How about short GNSS and also maybe long some SIMG ? I believe that the lawsuit was filed in April. This news today is regarding the International Trade Commission which voted to investigate SIMG's claim of infringement siliconinvestor.com Not familiar with the ITC and how fast, or how slow they are in "investigating", but I'm thinking that this investigation is going to put pressure on GNSS.
