I see... So should Israel provide the same degree of "justice" to the Palestinians that Hussein, Nasser, and Assad inflicted upon them?

Remember that there has NEVER been a Palestinian state. The West Back was occupied by Jordan in 1948, and 40% of Jordan's GDP that was provided by West Bank Palestinians, was then exported to Amman.

But then Arafat attempted to launch a coup against Hussein in the early 1970s and Hussein sent his troops into the refugee camps to wipe out the PLO forces there (It has been called Black September ever since)..

Jordan continued to claim the West Bank as it's own territory until shrewdly renouncing that claim in 1989, Hussein realized that it was now more hassle than it was worth and provided a base of support that could further undermine his regime.

And what about the "justice" the Palestinians "enjoyed" under the Egyptians when they controlled Gaza?? Did you realize that employment amongst Gaza Palestinians rose astronomically after the '67 war, as they were permitted to obtain jobs in Israel? It rose to 98% (2% unemployment) and Palestinian wealth rose just as astronomically as compared to rule under Nasser.

So while we're talking about "justice", I would like to know when Israel will receive some from the Syrians and Jordanians, neither of which have entered into a formal peace treaty with Israel. Technically, these nations are still at war with Israel, although under a "cease fire" from 1973 and 1967 (Jordan sent troops to Syria in 1973).

And btw, when was the last time you saw a Jew strap on a bomb, walk into a crowded marketplace or mall, and blow himself, and anyone around him, to pieces?

How do these people get such weapons? Why hasn't the PA met its pledge to arrest all such terrorists? Why is the PA police chief instead ordering mortar shells to be manufactured so they can be launched over the border into Israel?

The bottom line is George, that Arafat has FAR MORE than he possessed during the Intifada (when Israelis were patrolling all of the West Bank). Outside of the settlements and a few military outposts, the Israelis no longer provide security for the West Bank. All security within the Palestinian Authority is provided by the PA security forces.. all 35,000 of them. That's 35,000 Palestinians walking around with AK-47s policing the PA during the day, and sniping at Israelis across the border on their off time.

And finally, who will reimburse the Israelis for all the economic investment they have made on the West Bank? Who will pay them back for connecting the Arabs to the electrical grid, and hooking them up with indoor plumbing?

And why does Israel owe the Palestinians an economic viable state? Can't they create one on their own as the Jews did?

That's probably enough questions for now... I look forward to your response.
