What did I tell Ya? You got to know the way Wall Street thinks. Btw Prudential does no under-underwriting so they haven't been paid off for the upgrades. 5/25/01 8:15 AM ET Prudential Securities upgraded KLA-Tencor (KLAC:Nasdaq - news), Applied Materials (AMAT:Nasdaq - news) and Teradyne (TER:NYSE - news) to strong buy from accumulate this morning. Prudential based the trio of upgrades on stabilization in end markets, a trend reversal in revenue and recovery in orders, plus the beginning of a new semiconductor cycle.
